Kayla Concannon, MS, OTR/L, CBIS (she/her) is an occupational therapist and certified brain injury specialist. She is an educator, researcher, podcast host, accessibility analyst, and mentor around Philadelphia, PA. She is a white, bisexual, neurodivergent, vegetarian, petite, redhead, cisgender woman. She anticipates earning her Doctorate of Education (EdD) in 2025 after defending her dissertation inspired by #NothingAboutUsWithoutUs (read: "hashtag nothing about us without us"). She is the founder and owner of Collaborative Relational and Sexual Health (CRASH) Consulting, LLC.
Kayla’s certifications include: occupational therapist registered/licensed (OTR/L), certified brain injury specialist (CBIS), ACRE supported employment, and Sexuality and Intellectual and Developmental Disability: Sexual Consent Assessor and Trainer. Although Kayla is an occupational therapist, CRASH Consulting is not occupational therapy, it is educational consulting.

Bailey George (she/her) is a rescued pup. She is friendly, cuddly, entertaining, and hypoallergenic mini bernedoodle (Bernese mountain dog + tiny poodle). Bailey was born on August 25, 2023, amazingly the same day that Kayla + partner got engaged! Her name is inspired by the Christmas classic, "It's A Wonderful Life."
